Stevens Pass 2025 Highway Closure Epic Coverage Extension
To address the experience during the road closures that limited access to Stevens Pass between December 23, 2025, and December 31, 2025, we are providing a pro-rated refund for eligible Pass Holders who were impacted by these circumstances. Please review the information below for additional details.
We recognize the start of the Stevens Pass season was challenging for many of you impacted by December’s flooding and road closures. While the Epic Coverage Refund Policy does not extend to road closures or traffic challenges, we have decided to make a special exception to address the unique situation at Stevens Pass in December.
Accordingly, we are making a one-time exception to extend the Epic Coverage “Extended Resort Closure” policy to provide eligible Pass Holders with pro-rated refunds for December 23–31, 2025, when resort winter operations and guest access were impacted by the road closures. This period represents 9 days of the 132 day “Core Season” as defined by Epic Coverage Terms & Conditions, or approximately 7% of winter Core Season operations.
Please note: Delays in resort opening due to snowfall, which postponed Stevens Pass opening day until December 23, 2025, are not included in this refund. This exception applies only to the road closure period and does not change our current policy, which does not extend refunds due to snow conditions.
