Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, but the best rates will be available online. If you purchase online, you will need to stop by the ticket window when you arrive to have your after 3pm ticket printed. 
If you have the My Epic app downloaded on your phone or an active Lift Ticket Card attached to your purchase, you can head directly to the lift! Should you need to pick up a reloadable lift ticket card, please stop by the ticket windows.
Yes, pending availability, you can purchase a night skiing ticket online for the same day.

Is my night skiing lift ticket refundable?

Request a full refund on any unused tickets within 72 hours post the ticket date.

How do I request a refund? 

To request a night skiing lift ticket refund, you will need to follow the below process:

  • Visit the resort ticket window or
  • Contact customer service at (970)-754-0005

While we will do our best to issue your refund promptly, we cannot guarantee that your refund will be processed within a specified period of time (see terms for full details).

Picking Up Your Night Ticket

  • Night tickets can be purchased at the window or online in advance.
  • Dates when we do not have night operations or we are at max capacity are indicated as 'Sold Out'. 
  • Night tickets do not automatically load onto existing ticket media and must be picked up from the ticket windows.
  • If you have a ticket from a prior visit bring it with you for an expedited experience
  • Night tickets become valid from 3pm but can be picked up any time. Pickup before 3pm to maximize your time on-snow.
