PASS HOLDERS

Thank you for choosing Stevens Pass. If you renewed your season pass and you kept your RFID pass you are ready to go for the 2017-18 season. IF you have lost or misplaced your pass, you will need to get a replacement card. Call Guest Relations after September 1, 2017 at 206-812-4510, and we will reissue your pass at a $10 +tax reissue fee.

For New Pass Holders:  PASSES WILL BE MAILED AT TIME OF PURCHASE, HOWEVER, THEY ARE NOT ACTIVE UNTIL WE HAVE YOUR SIGNED AGREEMENT, PHOTO ON FILE, AND ANY OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION SPECIFIC TO YOUR PASS. Passes will continue to be mailed out until December 12, 2017. We will hold Passes in Will Call on-mountain at Guest Relations for pick-up December 13, 2017- January 1, 2018.  After January 1, 2018 we will resume mailing out new Passes.  To avoid LONG LINES at the start of the season, purchase and provide any necessary documentation early.

If you would like to update your photo, you may provide us a photo using the following options. The photo must be a frontal view of your face. No sunglasses or hats with bills. Please include the name and birth date of the pass holder.

  • Emailing photos: A 2MB JPEG
  • Mailing photos: A 1" x 1" photo

Season Pass Agreement
New and renewing pass holders are required to sign a 2017-18 Release of Liability Agreement. If you purchased your pass over the phone and need to sign your Release of Liability, please download an agreement, read, sign and return to us at the address provided below.

Agreements can also be signed in person at Guest Relations (see our office hours below). Pass holders under 18 must have an agreement signed by their parent or guardian. Signatures are required before season passes will be issued.


Select Pass Peak Access
Select Pass holders can back their season pass with a credit card for direct to lift access during Peak times. To provide a credit card to activate Peak Access, or if you would like to update the credit card on file, call us at (206)812-4510 or stop by the Guest Relations office. You will also need to complete the Credit Card Authorization form below. Peak Access is charged at a rate of $79 per day giving Select Pass holders a guaranteed $10 savings.

College Documentation

College Pass holders must provide proof of full-time status (12 undergraduate credits, 8 graduate credits, or using criteria established by the specific learning institution) in an accredited college or university. Students will be required to present proof of full-time status and paid tuition. High School students in Running Start programs also eligible. In the event the student becomes ineligible for the College pass (drops below full-time status), the student will be charged the difference in price of the College pass and a Select or Premium pass.


5th Grade Documentation

Washington State 5th Graders: You must have proof of 5th grade enrollment for the child (report card, school ID, teacher note, or certified letter of intent). You can avoid standing in line when visiting for the first day if you can email this documentation to guestrelations@stevenspass.com. We will activate the pass and mail it to you. Or, you can provide documentation upon arrival at Stevens Pass, just bring proof of 5th grade enrollment for the child to Guest Relations in the Granite Peaks Lodge where they will issue and activate the 5th grader's pass for the season. Military Documentation

You must show your Military ID card at Guest Relations before your season pass will be activated. Valid Military ID required for each person.

Picking Up Passes On Mountain
You may pick up your pass in Guest Relations any day we are open for operations.
