Q: What if I’m not ready to commit to 3-days?
Answer: You can purchase a single day package and upgrade to the Learn-in-3 Guarantee and pay the difference after your lesson.

Q: What does the ‘Guarantee’ mean?
Answer: We want you to feel confident and independent on the snow and on all our beginner terrain including the Flow Zone and the green runs serviced by our Daisy lift. This is the equivalent of reaching a Novice Ability Level. We guarantee to teach you those skills in 3 visits, and if you haven't graduate by then you can come back, on us, and receive additional lesson packages until you do.

Q: So I can come back and take a free lesson if I’m not ready?
Answer: Yes. If you and your instructor feel you need more guided practice we will offer you another free package; lesson, access ticket for our learning area and equipment rental plus helmet.

Q: What happens when I reach a novice level?
Answer: We consider you a graduate of the program and celebrate by giving you an awesome graduation packet complete with 2 complimentary lift tickets, a follow up clinic and exclusive retail and F+B discounts. We also offer graduates with no previous Season Pass history an incredible deal on a Season Pass for the 2018-19 season when they go on sale March 15th 2018!

Q: Who can sign up for this program?
Answer: This program is exclusively for ages 13 and over and those who have never skied or snowboard before, or whose skills mean they are classified as a Beginner. Those entering the program above that level will be transferred into other lesson programs.

Q: I'm a skier, can I sign up to learn snowboarding or vice-versa?
Answer: Yes! Although you cannot switch between the disciplines within the same program. If you wish to pursue both disciplines you will have to purchase two separate programs.

Q: Is this the only way to learn?
Answer: Not at all, for an extra cost Private Lessons offer the biggest learning opportunity in the shortest time frame because of the personalized aspect of the lesson and the ability to request the same instructor each time.

Q: What type of lift ticket does each day come with?
Answer: Each day you take as part of the Learn-in-3 Guarantee lesson program comes with a Learning Area lift ticket, which gives you access to the conveyor lifts in the learning area and Daisy, our beginner chairlift, only. Only upon graduating with an instructor will you be able to access any of the intermediate lifts on the mountain using one of the complimentary lift tickets that come with your graduation packet.

Answer: The Learn-in-3 Guarantee is non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused days expire at the end of the current winter season and cannot be rolled over to the following winter. If you are unsure about the commitment, start with a single day purchase, and upgrade afterwards. If you were unable to use all three days for medical reasons or a relocation, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Reimbursement applications must comply with the resort Reimbursement Policy. Reimbursement requests for unused packages will only be accepted until April 1, 2018. Reimbursements will be offered in the form of a SnoDough Gift Card. Refunds or credits will not be offered for partially used packages.
