Troubleshooting Stevens Online Store

If you are having trouble with the Stevens Online Store process, it may be easy to remedy with some of the following more common problems that arise.

Troubleshooting:
  1. Having trouble finding your profile? 
    • Use the name as it appears on your pass from last season.
  2. Has your email address changed?  If so, you will need to use the email you gave us last year.  After you complete your purchase you can go back in and update your email.
    1. Go to “Manage Your Account” from the top menu bar
    2. Then choose “User Information” from the left-hand side menu to update your email address.
  3. When you log into your account is your RFID box empty?  You most likely have more than one profile in our system.  Please email support@stevenspass.com and we will get you squared away.  Please include in your email that your RFID box was empty.
  4. Did you receive an error message?  If you did please send a print screen (Hold Ctrl and hit PrintScreen then paste the error message into your email) support@stevenspass.com.  If you have already left the page where the error occurred please detail as much as possible what occurred, including date and time of error.
  5. Getting stuck on the Release of Liability page?  
    1. You must type in I AGREE exactly as it appears – Capitalization, spacing, spelling. 
    2. Your name must also be exactly the same as it appears on your profile.
    3. If you are signing for a minor your name is what goes in the signature, not the minor’s name.
  6. Paying with SnoDough?  You will need to know the balance available on your SnoDough prior to entering it as a payment method.  You can find out your balance by calling our Guest Relations department 206-812-4510 ext. 4351.  You can use multiple payment methods, for example partial payment with a SnoDough and the remainder on your Visa/MC.
