Pick Up Your Pass Requirements
All Season Passes will be mailed out beginning September 1, 2008
Stevens Pass will be implementing a new integrated computer system this summer to better serve our guests. Guests purchasing passes this spring/summer will receive their passes via mail, once a signed agreement and photo(s) have been received and the new system is operational. New pass holders will receive a temporary pass for the remainder of this season at Guest Relations.
Important Info:
New and renewing pass holders are required to sign a pass agreement, have a photograph taken or provide one, and show photo identification when picking up their pass. Additionally, college pass holders are required to provide college documentation (see below).
Season Pass Agreement
New and renewing pass holders are required to sign a 2008-2009 Release of Liability Agreement. 
Pass agreements can be downloaded and then emailed, faxed or mailed to:

Agreements can also be signed in person at Guest Relations (see our office hours below). Pass holders under 18 must have an agreement signed by their parent or guardian. Signatures are required before season pass will be issued.
Pass Photos
For renewing pass holders we will automatically use the previous season's photo unless a new photo is included with mail orders, or pass holder has indicated they would like a new photo taken on their web or telephone order. For new pass holders, photos can be mailed, emailed, or taken in Guest Relations (see our office hours below).
Emailing photos: Our preference would be that photos be emailed. The recommended JPG filed should be a 240 X 320 image (JPEG or BMP) that is no more than 50K.

College Documentation
College pass holders must provide proof of full time status (12 undergraduate credits, 8 graduate credits, or using criteria established by the specific learning institution) in an accredited college or university. Students will be required to present proof of credits, paid tuition and valid photo identification in order to pick up pass. In the event the student becomes ineligible for the college pass (drops below full time status), the student will be charged the difference in price of the College pass and a Weekday + Night Pass or Everyday pass.

Mailing of Passes
Season passes will be mailed via certified mail providing there is a photo on file, the agreement signed and received, and for college pass holders the appropriate documentation received. Passes will only be mailed through November 15, 2007.
Picking Up Passes On Mountain
Guest Relations and Sales office hours are 8am - 4pm, 7 days a week.
