Pick Up Your Pass Requirements
Important Info:
RENEWING PASS HOLDERS
Thank you for renewing your season pass. As long as you kept your pass you are ready to go for the 09-10 season. IF, you have lost or misplaced your pass, you will need to get a replacement card. Call Guest Relations at 206-812-4510 ext. 4351.
If you would like to update your photo, you now have the ability to do this from home via your personal profile. Go online and follow the instructions.
REFERRAL & YOU MISSED IT PASS HOLDERS
TO PROCESS YOUR PASS(ES) WE WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
If you did not upload your photo while purchasing, you now have the ability to do this from home via your personal profile. Go online and follow the instructions. If you don't have the ability to upload photos, you may also provide us a photo using the following options. The photo must be a frontal view of your face. No sunglasses or hats with bills. Please include the name and birth date of the pass holder.
Emailing photos: A 2MB JPEG
Mailing photos: A 1" x 1"
Season Pass Agreement
New and renewing pass holders are required to sign a 2009-2010 Release of Liability Agreement. If you did not purchase online and need to to sign your Release of Liability, please download an agreement, read, sign and return to us at the address provided below.
Agreements can also be signed in person at Guest Relations (see our office hours below). Pass holders under 18 must have an agreement signed by their parent or guardian. Signatures are required before season passes will be issued.
College Documentation
College pass holders must provide proof of full time status (12 undergraduate credits, 8 graduate credits, or using criteria established by the specific learning institution) in an accredited college or university. Students will be required to present proof of credits, paid tuition and valid photo identification in order to pick up pass. In the event the student becomes ineligible for the college pass (drops below full time status), the student will be charged the difference in price of the College pass and a Weekday or Everyday pass.

PASSES WILL NOT BE MAILED UNTIL WE HAVE YOUR SIGNED AGREEMENT AND PHOTO ON FILE. Passes will be mailed out beginning September 15, 2009 until we are close to an imminent opening date. After this date, Everyday, Weekday and College passes will be available for pick up at our season pass office in the Pacific Crest Lodge. Advantage Passes will be available for pick up at Guest Relations in the Granite Peaks Lodge.

Guest Relations and Sales office hours are Monday through Thursday, beginning August 15, 2009, 8am to close, daily.
