THE MOUNTAINRV Parking
The feedback our long time RVers have given us regarding operations of the RV parking at Stevens Pass has been carefully considered, in conjunction with what the USDA Forest Service will allow us to do under our Special Use Permit specific to how we can use Federal land in the operation of our business.
As a result, the operational plan for RV parking during the 2009-10 season is as follows:
• RV parking will be in Lot F, where the electrical hookups are (both 20 & 30 amp service).
• This lot will be limited to current RV season pass holders on a first come first serve basis, with the remaining spaces designated for additional RVs on a nightly first come first serve basis.
• RV season pass parking will be designated in the rear of parking lot F and will be limited to RV season pass holders only, with nightly RVs in the front of the lot.
• The nightly fee for RV parking will be $50. This will be collected every day after 5 PM. Nonpayment may result in RVs being towed.
• Limited overflow RV parking will be available at no charge without electrical hookup.
• All other policies and conditions of lot use will remain the same.
• During the course of the season we will be evaluating the RV parking and location for the 2010-11 season and beyond.
RV Pet Policy: Uncontrolled pets have been the #1 concern on our RV surveys and comments cards. With this in mind, the following will be enforced:
- All pets must be on a leash no longer than 8 feet, or in a kennel.
- Owners must immediately clean up after their pet.
- Control your pets at all times and no excessive barking anytime of the day or night.
- Pets are not allowed in the ski area proper, including the ski school building.
- Pets are not permitted to be left barking or unattended.
- Dogs over 6 months old must have current proof of rabies vaccine.
RV Lot Expectations & Etiquette:
- Be courteous to your RV neighbors and Stevens Pass personnel.
- No loud noise after 10pm.
- Be sensitive to your RV neighbors space, minimize exhausted, smoke, BBQ, fires and other inhalants that negatively impact your RV neighbors.
Violation of these rules may result in the owners being banned from using the RV Lot for the remainder of the season.
