You just need to purchase the new pass type online and your pass will automatically be updated to reflect your new purchase. Then head direct-to-lift when the season starts! No more waiting in pass pickup lines or for it to be mailed.
Back to TopQ: How do I renew my pass?Answer: If you had an RFID season or Advantage pass, since the 08-09 season, you simply purchase your new pass type online and we will automatically update last year's physical pass with your new pass type and you go direct-to-lift on your first visit! If you have not had an RFID Season or Advantage pass you will need to purchase under our NEW pass holder rates program. If you have not been a season or Advantage pass holder since we installed our RFID system you will need to purchase new under our New Pass Holder rates program.
Back to TopQ: Can I upgrade or downgrade my pass?Answer: Yes you can. It's simple, just choose the pass product of your choice, even if it is different from what you had last season. Your physical pass will automatically be updated with the new pass product.
Back to TopQ: What if I lost my RFID pass?Answer: Not to worry, you can still renew your pass online and then call Guest Relations at 206-812-4510 ext. 4351 to get a replacement for $10 + tax.
Back to TopQ: Can I buy a pass for a friend/grandchild etc.?Answer: If you are considering purchasing a pass for a friend, or someone other than an immediate family member, please call our Guest Relations office so that we can ensure you get the best rate, 206-812-4510 ext. 4351.
Back to TopQ: Can I change my photo?Answer: Photos no longer print on passes, however a photo is required in your profile. You can update your profile online and upload a new photo. Frontal view of face, no hats or sunglasses.

Back to TopQ: What happens if I purchase multiple RFID reload tickets for one person?Answer: If purchasing multiple ticket reloads, for the same person, please be advised that the gates will use tickets sequentially in the order they were purchased. So, it is up to you to know what ticket will be used and what session time the ticket is valid for.
