Employment at Stevens Pass

If  you are keen to ride some powder, love working at a winter resort, or are looking to try something new, be one of the Stevens Pass employees who have instant on mountain access to the latest snow report.

We start posting open positions at the end of summer and early fall season. Start checking the employment listings then for opportunities in over 20 departments, whether you want to work in one of our 3 lodges providing outstanding guest services in food and beverage, guest sales and services, rentals, or retail departments, or you would rather work on the hill operating lifts or instructing ski and snowboarding.

When should you start applying? Definitely start checking the Employment Listings at the end of summer. The majority of our job listings post on the website by October. You can apply directly from our website if you see a job you are interested in, or browse to find something that suits you.
