New Stevens Pass SNOW SAFETY PROGRAM! These snow safety educational classes are sponsored by our very own Professional Patrol. Stevens GREEN INITIATIVES - learn more about all that we are doing to Keep Winter Cool! INSIDE STEVENS: a look at the "what and why" of procedures, programs and our vision for Stevens Pass. The Top Phlight Terrain Park now requires all terrain park users to have a special Park Pass. Click for PARK PASS program information and requirements. Download a Release of Liability agreement. Privileges
Skiing/Snowboarding Privileges
Employees who work one or more day(s) per week qualify for a seasons pass at no charge. Dependents of qualified employees will be eligible to received a seasons pass at a reduced rate.
Volunteers qualify for a seasons pass at no charge. Dependents of Volunteers in their second year (or more) of service will be eligible to receive a seasons pass at a reduced rate (dependents of Volunteers in their first year are not eligible for the reduced rate).
Mountain Exchange Program
This program allows Employees and Volunteers from Stevens Pass to ski or ride at other participating resorts for free or at a discounted rate (depending on the area). Please visit the Human Resources office for details and a list of participating resorts
Stevens Pass Ski & Snowboard School
You will receive 50% off Group Lessons at the Stevens Pass Ski and Snowboard School and at the Nordic Center (this discount does not apply to dependents).
Food Service
You will receive 50% off all food and beverage (tip and liquor -excluded). At the T-Bar Market discount applies only to espresso drinks. This privilege is not to be used for family members or friends.
Rossignol Tech Center (Rental Equipment and Demos)
You will receive 50% off for services available at the rental shop (also applies to the Nordic Center, subject to availability).
Care & Repair Shop
You will receive 25% off for services available at the repair shop. This is not applicable to sale items or previously discounted services.
The Edge (Retail Shop)
You will receive 25% off original retail prices at The Edge (not applicable to sale items).
Fall Line Sports (Retail Shop)
You will receive 25% off original retail prices at Fall Line Sports (not applicable to sale items).
Employee Housing
Affordable, local accommodations are available (see housing manager for listings).
Direct Deposit
Direct deposit of your paycheck is available for your convenience (see Human Resources for details).
Transit
Stevens offers this service free of charge to all employees and wants their employees to arrive at work safe, on time, and ready to work. By taking advantage of our commuter benefits, employees save money and reduce stress. What's more, we save money by providing these benefits, while helping the environment. Schedules are available at the Human Resource office.
Parking
As part of our commitment to exceptional guest service, we make available to our guests the closest parking lots to the base area. Employees and volunteers are required to park in parking lot "D" near the parking operations building on the North side of the highway. Park in the first and second rows along the highway in lot "D" first. If this location is full, park in the nearest available spot or follow the instructions of the parking attendants. Please park within three feet of the next vehicle.
