To provide our staff with a clean, safe, fun, and affordable place to live.

Following is a brief outline of the Stevens Pass housing program. There are certain expectations that Stevens Pass has for its employees in housing. We are committed to making housing an enjoyable experience for all.

Housing Eligibility

Housing space is limited and to live in employee housing, you must first talk with your manager/supervisor to determine whether there is available space and you meet the requirements:

• Fulltime employment with Stevens Pass
• Must be living outside local/transit area
• Authorization from Department & Housing Managers
• Two housing references with the names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of people that you have rented from
• No pets of any nature (No Exceptions)
