Granite Peaks Lodge
- Six ticket windows located outside on the plaza
- Guest Relations front desk inside the Granite Peaks Lodge - first floor - you may also purchase Advantage Passes at this location to save you $$ each time your ski or ride Stevens.
Pacific Crest Lodge
- Season Pass Office - inside, ground level (to purchase a lift ticket at this location, you must be a Season Pass holder.) You may also purchase your Season Pass at this location.
Tye Creek Lodge
- Rental equipment center located on ground level.

Advantage Pass holders cannot load DAILY tickets to an Advantage Pass online. Advantage Passes must be backed by credit card for direct-to-lift.
